;)
Sea changes or so they say.. I think it’s an old helmsman tales. it’s more likely you’ve been gazed into by the Watcher a few too many times.
The sea changes you, by the time you can recognize the humming sound, it’s often too late.
The sea changes and you change too, faces that have burned into your mind are now scrambling in front of you, screaming there’s a fire. Your options are few and bleak at the moment and there's the airlock.
The sea changes and you've changed too, accepted by the crushing weight of all of Europa and a Bright, large red eye turning away.
So, I know this isn't cyberpunk at all but I chose to do the prompt about a game my group of friend and I play called Barotrauma. You are helmsmen on the moon of Europa as earth has been abandoned and humanity is scattered. The Watcher is a creature in the water that only observes humanity curiously, but will cause the one being observed to suffer psychosis. We've had our captain almost go out of the airlock to retrieve fallen members of the crew due to the Gaze.
