I got an email about my Xillia CE preorder yesterday saying it's ready to be shipped but there was a payment failure (this was because I had insufficient funds in my bank though, that's been sorted now) but the original preorder email said I wouldn't be charged until the 9th of August (I'm in the UK), do you guys know if anyone else has conformation emails already? I preordered from the official store, if that helps. Thank you!!

Hi. I’ve been reading around that indeed, people have been given confirmation e-mails already from the talesofgame site and that they’ve been charged. Isshak from Namco Bandai EU has addressed this issue here on Facebook. Not sure if you see it, but he mainly says this:

They are charging now so they can start preparing the packages for the release. They aren’t coming early. And it wasn’t actually said that the site would charge upon shipping, I think people think that because they’re used to more famous sites like Amazon who indeed do that. In any case, don’t panic! EDIT: This will be put up on the site, but you have until the 25th to cancel still if you want to. Please don’t though!
