The Convair F2Y Sea Dart
going thru old photo folders rn and finding cool stuff like this ultra grainy one I took a few years back of the museum's Convair Seadart flying once again (via crane)! To go for a short truck ride to the hangar to get a new coat of paint :3
Been meaning to sketch the Convair Seadart again. The 1st supersonic seaplane/fighter jet is one of my favorite aircraft. History dubs it as one of the worst aircraft designs (it required a takeoff speed of 200kts, not good for the poor pilot it beat up in light choppy waters) I just think it's neat. I love it cause it was a "terrible airplane". I used to help keep it pretty (& helped with some restoration) for museum that owns the one that flew. :]
Does this watercraft infringe this design patent? That’s one of the claims in this recently-filed complaint.
Looks like this plaintiff may be laboring under the concept fallacy.
