Food, Argos & First Week Fun!

So, I know I'm lagging behind on my posts, but the past week and a half has been a bit crazy.  

While my Mom was still in town, we had to try Seafresh's Fish & Chips!  Growing up on the East Coast and summering on Cape Cod, I've always loved seafood & can tell when its really good :)  **On a side note, I've found London to have really great seafood!  

Seafresh is one of the more well known seafood restaurants in London and claims to have the best Fish & Chips.  They opened their doors in 1965 and have been a very popular place for the foreigners, like me :)  They hand pick their fish from the world famous Billingsgate Fish Market.  I can't tell you if they actually have the best fish & chips, since I've only tried theirs, BUT their fish & chips ARE really good.  

So, since Seafresh is on my way to theatre, I have to pass an ARGOS store in order to get there.  I just need to say that America has to take note and start opening Argos stores everywhere!  This place is really cool.  They literally sell EVERYTHING and you can go in, use their free ipads to select what you want to buy, and then go to the counter and get it!??  How crazy is that?  So brilliant!  Obviously, there are some products, like furniture, that you have to wait to be delivered, but they carry mostly everything in-store.  I haven't bought anything there yet, but will definitely find something I need, so I can have the thrill of going into the store, ordering on the ipad, and picking it up one minute later :)

And then of course, the last 2 pictures are of my dressing room at the Apollo Victoria.  it's a good size dressing room and extremely comfortable.  It's fun to see what's been left behind over the years.  I received incredible cards, letters, and flowers on my opening night (so thank you to those of you who did!).  I'm going to make it a goal to add every letter/card to my mirror, while I'm here in London.  It's already growing, so more pics to come!  Also, the pic of the flowers, are from my wonderful husband.  He did good :)
