as Carla stepped into Underworld for the first time, in search of her unappreciative husband at his work Christmas party, she could never have imagined that 20 years later she would own that business and building, and be there celebrating her marriage to a woman who wouldn't hesitate for a second to show her off

#throwback to the 1st time Carla was necking champers in the knicker factory. showed up to discover her husband had never even mentioned her #before to anyone. now she's celebrating marrying a woman who couldn't be prouder to call her her wife & organised a rescue of their #wedding which involved 3 of the same ppl who've been there all this time helping organise the surprise reception in that very same factory #a nice lil full circle moment for Carla and it was only right that Sally Fiz & Sean all played a part having been there since she arrived #i like to think Damon was subtly referencing Carla's entrance with this moment but who knows (x)

Sally: Oh, 'cos that's the most important thing, who's harder. Tim: No, I'm not saying that's right, Sally, I'm not saying that. It's just that if they did, then he'd still be here, wouldn't he? It's not just two lives. That's the thing. It's the family. All the people that cared about 'em. It's never just the person that held the knife. Or the 16-year-old who's dead, in the ground. It's the people living in fear… thinking they're next. It's the nothingness. The pain they leave behind. 'Cos they're just kids, Sal. They're just kids. And they're dying.

I always wondered some point they would put Sean and Todd together. I think if Billy wasn't leaving, they might have properly revisited them eventually, but I do think likely they might revisit them in some way just before Billy leaves?

I always got brother energy from Todd and Sean.

Especially as Eileen was a mother figure to Sean. But I think it's too much water under the bridge with those two, with how many boyfriends that Todd has pinched off Sean.

Plus, I don't think they are each other's type.
