Elephant in the room, i'll ask. What happened to Jevie?

He had a breakdown and jumped off the ship. He was too depressed to eat on his own and refused to sleep as punishment to himself.

It just doesn’t seem anyone knows his pain, what he does to others by just feeling down or angry. What a burden he is to carry around as a friend when you’re rocking out on the sea at the mercy of poseidon. No one seems to be able to know how it feels, to know what he thinks, to help him

Y'all know anything about a big spade-lookin guy?

Seam: Big spade loo- oh.. yes I know about him. I’ve known about him for a long time. “The infamous Spade Pirate” as he’s known by. His view on merpeople are very different compared to mine. While I’m friends with them and believe they are as free as land-dwellers, Spade believes that if they aren’t killers and if we don’t kill them, their slaves who only exist to do his bidding. It makes me sick. However he does have a son named Lancer. Unlike his father, Lancer wants to be a good pirate and help sea creatures like I do. I always enjoy it when he finds and visits me and wants to learn from me. Wait how does he find me?

Jevil: Lancer was my friend longer than Seam’s friend, friend! I’ve taught him about us and our songs and magic, magic. He’s quite the kid.
