The added Baileys flavoring needs something to play against. Tried mixing with cookies. #ciaobella #gelato #baileys #seasaltcaramel #irishcream #snacktime
Here's the new Ciao Bella pint designs as well as the new Baileys sea salt caramel flavor. It's just "baileys flavor" and they seem to be touting it as nonalcoholic, so it shouldn't have a bite to it hopefully. There's also a new strawberry chocolate chip gelato but market basket didn't have it yet. #ciaobella #gelato #baileys #seasaltcaramel #irishcream

Once the tart crust has cooled, pour the chocolate ganache inside and chill for an hour or until it solidifies. Add the water and the granulated sugar to another saucepan. Stir the mixture constantly over medium-high heat until it takes on a golden caramel color. Take care to prevent burning it. Take off the heat and gently mix in the vanilla extract, sea salt flakes, and caramel sauce. Allow it to cool a little. Over the chocolate ganache in the tart shell, pour the salted caramel sauce. To ensure it sets, spread it evenly and place it back in the refrigerator for an additional hour. For added taste and texture, top with a few more sea salt flakes just before serving.
