The technician was very helpful and informative, did a complete inspection of the exterior and interior of the house and the garage, and set lots of traps in the crawl space. He returned in five days to empty them, reset them and then returned in five days again. I was impressed with the office staff and the technician and how helpful they were and with the follow-ups.
