They turned towards the screen as Kate started to speak. Her hair fluttered in the wind. Was it cold there on Earth? 

“Hi, dad,” her voice broke on the word. “It's been nearly two years now since you passed, and I figured you could do with an update.”

Seb gave an I told you so smile.
