Among English-speaking trans people who inject testosterone weekly or biweekly, I wonder if there's a disproportionate number who inject on Tuesdays just for the effect of "Testosterone Tuesdays"

Last month marked 4.5 years on T and in all that time, I have yet to dispose of a single needle. Some are in large sharps containers, some in small travel sharps containers. Not a single one has been dropped off at a pharmacy or doctor's office or safe disposal site.
It's an actual miracle that I managed to stop procrastinating enough to start HRT
Three good trans things that have happened to me recently
I'm getting to do a Big Trans Research Project as part of my capstone project for my degree and it's going well so far and I'm super excited
I was taking out a bunch of books from the school library (for the Big Trans Research Project) and some of the receipt slips had my deadname on them due to a school admin mess-up, so the librarian went through each of them, whited-out my deadname, and wrote in my preferred name :')
I'm growing a short beard and I look super hot
3 months on T: if I'm 12 hours late to my injection I will fuck up my whole transition and also maybe die
3 years on T: huh, I guess I've been so tired lately cause I'm over a week overdue on my shot [forgets my injection for another 2 days]
Oh my god, with the polls feature I can finally put my Testosterone Tuesday Theory to the test.

As someone who is very laissez-faire about my own self-grooming, I am absolutely delighted to be finally able to grow a beard at a time that moustaches and scruffy stubble appear to be wildly trending
OH also re: testosterone, I was already incredibly in favour of safe injection sites because they’re essential for harm reduction, but I’m more personally grateful for them now. I got my T prescription through an online trans clinic, so while my doctor offered to supervise my first injection, it would have had to be via video call, and I really wanted someone to walk me through the process in person.
So at my doctor’s suggestion, I went to my local safe injection site and the nurse there was so, so lovely and excited for me. She helped me through my first-injection-jitters, answered my questions, taught me the process, and gave me tons of needles/syringes/alcohol wipes and a couple sharps bins! It was a really nice experience and I feel so lucky that my community has this kind of service, and grateful for all the advocates in my city who pushed past bigotry and ableism so that that space could exist.
An unforeseen and frankly uncalled-for aspect of transition is that now I’m more comfortable in myself and my relationships, people are starting to think I’m an extrovert
