Do you think he feels the weight of the fact that his last words to his father were "I hate you" and "go back to the army like you did when Mom died"?

Even though David doesn’t have an official birthday I headcanon it to be may 1st based on the bo2 reveal video on YouTube. Definitely forgot some small details from rushing but it’s okay….. I did manage to post this before may ended on Twitter but every other media gets it in June a month late 😅 even if late by a ton I wanted to get this drawing idea out of my head at the very least
