Reader x Kaveh/Veritas (separate) where Reader is clearly going through a hard time but is extremely stubborn about it. And when their partner insists that they speak, the reader would try to "seduce" their partner into forgetting the topic. And by seduce, I mean pushing their partner again the wall in the most awkward way ever and getting second-hand embarrassment from the act. But.. at least their partner did forget.. or did they? (Could be funny, or suggestive, or a mix of both. You could also twist things around and make Kaveh/Veritas show me how to accurately seduce someone)
Seduction, as a Last Resort

It was late into the evening at Ratio's observatory when you walked in, your steps heavy and face tense despite your efforts to mask it. Ratio, perched over an array of glowing charts, didn’t look up at first, but his sharp gaze flicked toward you as you hesitated at the door.
“You’ve been restless lately,” he said matter-of-factly, not looking away from his work. “What’s troubling you?”
“Nothing,” you said quickly. Too quickly.
Ratio set down his pen, leaning back in his chair. “Your voice betrays you. If you’re under the impression you can fool me, I suggest you reconsider.” His eyes glimmered with calculated curiosity.
You sighed. The last thing you wanted was a verbal sparring match with the man who could dismantle your emotional walls with surgical precision. Instead, an impulsive idea struck.
“Fine. You want to talk? Let’s talk.”
Before Ratio could process your tone, you strode up to him, grabbing his shoulders and pushing him—awkwardly—against the nearest bookshelf. The collision wasn’t graceful; you miscalculated your own strength, nearly knocking a tome off the shelf.
Ratio blinked, his usually composed demeanor disrupted. “What…are you doing?”
“Distracting you,” you replied with forced confidence, leaning closer in an attempt to appear seductive. You weren’t sure where to put your hands; one hovered near his chest, the other gripped the edge of the shelf like a lifeline.
Ratio’s expression morphed into something unreadable—half amusement, half bemusement. “I must admit, this is a novel approach to avoiding conversation.”
“You’re distracted, right?” you pressed, your voice cracking slightly. “See? It’s working.”
His lips twitched upward, a rare, genuine smirk appearing on his face. “If by ‘distracted,’ you mean confused by the lack of coordination in your attempt to seduce me, then yes, it’s working.”
Heat rushed to your cheeks. You stepped back, muttering apologies, but Ratio caught your wrist. His gaze softened, losing some of its sharpness.
“Let me show you how it’s done,” he said, voice low but teasing. His hand slid to the back of your neck, pulling you close enough for your breath to mingle with his. “Distraction, when executed properly, is an art.”
Your heart raced as he leaned in, only to pause and whisper, “But we’ll revisit this later. For now, let’s talk about what’s bothering you.”
The cozy warmth of the apartment you shared with Kaveh was a stark contrast to the storm of emotions brewing inside you. Kaveh, seated on the couch with a half-finished blueprint on the table, glanced up as you entered the room with a strained smile.
You groaned. He hadn’t forgotten after all.
“Alright,” he said, setting his pencil aside. “Spill it.”
“Spill what?” you replied, too quickly.
“You’ve been off all day,” Kaveh said gently but firmly. “Don’t tell me nothing’s wrong.”
You hesitated. Kaveh’s concern was as endearing as it was exasperating. He always meant well, but the idea of unpacking your mess of emotions felt unbearable. Instead, a ridiculous plan formed in your mind.
“Nothing’s wrong,” you said, stepping toward him. “But if you insist…”
Before he could respond, you grabbed his hand and tugged him to his feet. He stumbled slightly, caught off guard, as you backed him against the wall. You placed your hands on either side of his head, trapping him.
“W-What are you doing?” Kaveh asked, his voice pitching higher than usual.
“I’m seducing you,” you said, though your confidence wavered. “Isn’t it obvious?”
Kaveh’s face turned red, his eyes darting anywhere but at you. “This is…uh…”
“I’m great at this, right?” you added, though even you could feel the awkward tension. Your elbows were locked in the most uncomfortable position imaginable, and your attempt at a smoldering gaze probably looked more like a squint.
Kaveh stared at you for a moment before bursting into laughter. “Oh, Archons…this is adorable!”
“Adorable?!” you spluttered, mortified.
“You’re terrible at this,” he said between laughs, wiping a tear from his eye. “But it’s cute, I’ll give you that.”
You groaned, dropping your arms. “Okay, fine. You win. Forget I even tried that.”
Kaveh’s laughter softened, and he pulled you into a hug. “You don’t have to distract me,” he said softly. “Just tell me what’s wrong. I’m here for you.”
You sighed, leaning into his embrace. “I’ll tell you, but only if you promise to forget this ever happened.”
How would the ROs react if the MC tried to seduce them and it went badly? Like major fail.
Oh man, poor MC🤣 I’m imagining tripping over their feet, getting caught in their clothes, stuff like that? In that case:
Morkai would laugh his ass off. He is not the most subtle of beings, or the most sensitive, lol. Once he stopped laughing, he would get into mischief mode, going all sultry and recreating everything the MC wanted to do, but he’d do it flawlessly, saying “here, let me show you how it’s done” while giving the MC bedroom eyes. So… I guess the mc’s fail would kind of work?🤣
Straasa would try really, really hard not to laugh at first, but then he’d get a bit concerned and rush over to help the MC himself. He’d ask them if they are okay, worried that they’d be embarrassed, and then he would cup their face softly in his hands, and start giving them butterfly kisses all over. Eyelids, nose, edge of the mouth, chin. You can imagine how the rest goes, well done MC!
Daelynn would not laugh at all, surprisingly. She is usually all for laughing it out or making fun about things, but there’s nothing funny about how much she needs the MC. She would get a very serious look on her face and walk over to the mc silently. She’d then get on their lap, pressing her body against them and tell them “I’m yours completely, body and soul. You never have to try anything special to have me. You only thing you need to do is look at me.” Cue ravishing. Another win for the MC!
Eledwen would stare at the mc expressionlessly, initially not comprehending what the hell they were trying to do. So they’d ask them point blank, lol. Once the MC told her, she’d snort with amusement, replaying the scene in her head. She’d proceed to tease the mc, but with a very deadpan face, making the mc wonder if she was messing with them or not. Only then would she put them out of their misery, telling them that if they want her, they only need to tell her how and where. Then profit!
