Seeblatt is a symbol that can be easily confused with a heart symbol. In many parts they look the same. But seeblatt has another meaning and etymology. It is not an anatomical part, but rather a botanical one. Seeblatt (German for 'lake leaf') is the stylized leaf of a water lily. The most famous example is the Frisian flag with seven seeblats.
