I've started writing again for the first time in nearly 20 years (god that makes me sound ancient). I'd love to start contributing to the fandom, but as I'd rather not throw something godawful into the mix, I feel that some experienced input may be helpful!
If its not something you engage in yourself, I'm wondering if you would be able to point me in the direction of somebody in the Kallus-Rebels-Thrawn fic writers bunch who would possibly be willing to look over the chapter fragment I've written and could give some constructive criticism / feedback?

I remember agonizing over whether to post anything for ages and just sort of... going for it. But even after nobody came for me with digital tomatoes suitable for hurling (I was so sure about the 🍅), I had to go through it all over again when posting smut for the first time in these here parts.
Having @chaos-monkeyy as a beta/cheer-reader to give me that push made all the difference (and I was also very lucky that Chaos made first contact bc I am a hermit with all the social graces of a person who habitually posts pictures of their snails' artwork).
I hope we can find you somebody to help you through that first plunge!
I'm in a phase of not reading fic for reasons I've gotten into before and won't bore people with, but there are both writers who read, and readers who may not write at the moment and have stellar taste.
I'm not on any of The Discords, don't know how it works and don't want to. But that might be another avenue to check. There might be rituals involved, idk.
Anyone out there willing to spare some time and digital support for a beta/cheer-read with a side of constructive feedback?
