Okay, so I wore my Bareskin at work yesterday, then I wore it all today and I can finally say all I want to about it. Granted, I haven’t gone swimming, but it’s still winter (even in TX).
First and foremost, MY CHEST DOES NOT MOVE IN THIS BINDER.
I’ve worn 2 GC2B binders previous to this, the half tank, then the full. Whenever I would reach up, bend over, reach down/in front of me, my chest would shift back to the front and make a sort of uniboob. None of that nonsense here, when I situate myself in this binder, it stays.
2nd, I AM NOT SWEATING LIKE I USED TO
Moving from a full tank to this binder, which has a much more athletic cut on it, theres a lot less of my skin covered and so I don’t sweat as much. Also, the thinner straps help not to rub on my shoulder acne, which I really like because when you sweat, then fabric rubs over your acne it’s just a really uncomfortable situation.
I wear a XXL in GC2B and so the sizing was a **little** small on the XL bareskin that I ordered. If it hadn’t fit, I would have sent it back, however it did. It was a bit tight getting it on at first, but it stretched just enough to fit me (similar to jeans you just dried so they’re slightly too small but it’s all good). It rubs at my back and rolls up sometimes, but I’ve got back fat so that’s to be expected.
4, I HAVE NEVER BEEN FLATTER
As you can see in my side picture, my chest is super flat. I can breathe just as well as I can in my GC2B and the back on this binder has tons of give. Super breathable too.
So yea, if you’re wondering/debating on whether or not to make the investment in a Bareskin Binder, I say go for it. They’re definitely more pricey than some other binders on the market, but I am 100% willing to pay the extra $$ if it gives me this much more.
Thank you so much @flavntstreetwear and @seethestarsablaze for your hard, amazing work on this product and I can’t wait to see what you do in the future.
