We travel

We travel everyday.

Some of us stray along the same path, accepting the mundane and gratefully convincing ourselves that this is where happiness resides.

Some of us run as far as possible from “the routine” constantly in search of novelty/adventure; always growing, but never committing and convinced that this path of excitement is happiness.

Some of us pace as needed, valuing the power of habit and the importance of facing our fears; knowing that the road will never end and that happiness has always been here.

Though each is true, none will be joyously fulfilled without a giving heart.

What was so extraordinary about Patsey...was that she was filled with so much light despite the darkness.
