To give you a perspective on my mental chaos - I often don't know which thought to choose when my mind provides several inputs. Nothing stands out. There is no core point from which to pick and choose. The process becomes less spontaneous and has to be decided by more manual measures. This furthers my dissociative state.

I was planning on posting a comic, maybe like. A silly funny joke abt hallucinations and the like, but I also remembered that I have to draw myself to make said comic.

I literally forget what I look like every few minutes this is NOT gonna work

I get this weird sensation in my throat almost like a pit, and it becomes like a focal point of awareness as I become absolutely absorbed in the sensation as opposed to the surrounding environment. I'm not sure how to interpret this, but I'm gonna go with categorizing it as disturbed salience.
