My imperfection makes me unique
self intimacy is so fucking important. especially being intimate with your body.
i like to end each day thanking my body. i do this by stretching it, releasing the tension from stress.
i like to massage my own feet, and thank them for carrying me.
i thank my skin by cleaning it, and treating it with fancy face masks, rollers, and products.
become at ease with your insecurities, you don’t have to stop being insecure, but at least treat them well.
thank your body

i was mad about the lack of aftercare only audios and then i remembered my aftercare music playlist and now im a little more chill.
i'd still love better aftercare only audio options that suit my interests, but it seems to be very difficult to find.
the thing is i have a Very Specific Voice Type I'm attracted to and most of the voices are Not It.
I like deep, masculine voices (and apparently preferably british?), but all i seem to find are whiny little boy voices. and for some reason those voices annoy the hell out of me.
A lot of them also include a massive amount of kissing which is something i can definitely do without.
maybe one of these days i'll write up a script and post it up on the reddits to see what happens.
the most important part of my day is thanking my body & meditation

Self-Intimacy
I wanted to talk a little about self-care tonight.
