The "big light" in my bedroom

flickers every so often, dims and brightens slightly now and then, and it bothers me to no end. I try not to use it as much as possible, especially at night.

"Big" bright centerpiece lights tend to bother me a lot, particularly during the night when everything else is otherwise darkened. They hurt my eyes. They give me headaches. I prefer smaller, yellow tinted lights like lamps.
