💕 (Things to do for Yourself on Valentine’s Day) 💕

~❤️~ Some of you may know from last Valentine’s Day that I’m a huge advocate for being your own Valentine. What does that mean? Well, it means that you should be nice to yourself and take care of yourself this Valentine’s Day, regardless of your relationship status/whether or not you have a carer or significant other. ~❤️~

~❤️~ “But how can you do that?” you may ask; well allow me to give you some ideas. I’ll be listing some Valentine’s Day-y activities you can do for yourself and using emojis to add some extra info about each activity. ~❤️~

• “💸” means it costs money. Keep in mind that a lot of Valentine’s Day stuff will be on sale the day after Valentine’s Day, and that the dollar store will have lots of cheap Valentine’s Day merch.

• “⚖️” means it might cost money, depending on what you have available in your house.

• “🥄” means it’s a high energy task/costs spoons. (Note, I’m not a spoonie, so I could be off in my estimates. I have low energy and lack of motivation from depression; that’s what I’m basing my experiences off of.)

• “⏫” means you might need to be in big space to do this activity.

❤️ Brush and style your hair

❤️ -💸- Buy yourself a box of chocolates

❤️ -💸- Eat some Valentine’s Day candy

❤️ -⚖️- -🥄- Bake some Valentine’s Day sweets

❤️ -⚖️- -🥄- Bake and decorate Valentine’s Day cookies

❤️ -⚖️- -🥄- -⏫- Make chocolate covered strawberries

❤️ -💸- Buy some chocolate covered strawberries

❤️ -⚖️- -🥄- -⏫- Cook yourself a nice meal

❤️ -💸- -⏫- Go out to dinner

❤️ -💸- Buy a new Valentine’s Day stuffie

❤️ Cuddle with your stuffies

❤️ Draw or color a Valentine’s Day picture

❤️ -⚖️- -🥄- Make valentines for your stuffies/friends/carer(s)/partner(s)
