3 weeks ago I made a promise to myself to physically go to the gym 5 days a week until I return to my full time job. As a busy working mom, it's hard to get them time in when you're crazy busy and have certain preferences.... Ex. I prefer to workout in the gym I prefer to workout in the mornings. before I eat Yes I work full time I have other ventures (have more than one source of income) I have 3 small children (2 on the 🧩💙 spectrum) And so on............
