Sometimes you have to get lost, in order to be found. - - We get caught up in our work, and everything around us, we simply forget how to take care of our needs and ourselves. I’ve learned to take time out of the week to put me first. Every week I take myself out on a date, some new activity I have yet to try or have been hearing about. This past month i went to go see a movie, strawberry picking, did a little photo shoot with a best friend as my photographer @jeremymessier.
