When it comes to our sadness, we must learn how to bound off of the bottoms of the deepest darkest holes in our hearts.
Never be caught for too long in any crevices that riddles your brain.
If you let your mind succumb to dwelling forever on your hurt, the sadness will consume every thought you have.
You must realize that sadness and pain are screaming at you subtly to become bigger, to overcome them, to oppose them.
These are honest feelings. Never deny how you feel. Accept them and find ways to overcome them, work through and bring yourself back to a healthy place.
Feel them, Get up and fight back. They make you stronger when you feel them honestly. But only if you accept them.
Allow yourself to know you are allowed to feel the way you do.
Never let yourself be held down for too long, the longer you stay down the harder it is to get up.
