they say that if you slap this semi-slug's flat body and whisper sweet nothings to its internal shell you'll be granted good luck and sweet dreams for the next 5 days

I don't know where this myth came from as this mollusc is anything but mystical. she hangs out creepily on gas stations and gives you bad advice like "don't be afraid to stalk people you secretly love for weeks on end"¡¡

Just found out about semi slugs..

all I can say is chefs kiss to you Mother Nature

While I was working on the Comic book a bout of problems arrived at my front door, starting with me failing my history class at uni. over something I consider completely unreasonable but, honestly, I don't have the strength to fight it any longer.

I decided to pause my work, both on the comic book and the adoptables I'm working on my personal Blog, to focus on some concepts that have been flowing around my mind that I've never been able to put on paper.

this Design is inspired by the Bat Snail or the Tikoconus Costaricanus. a snail species that I've known for quite a while now, but never did anything with, yet always stood at the back of my mind. Reason why this species called my attention quite a lot is that, well... Its from my home land Costa Rica, first off. But second. One of my characters for the comic, and what I consider to be my muse (as I love drawing and writing dumb stuff with her), is named Kokosnuss (coconut in German) and this species of snails is called Tikoconus. Very damn close and I found that to be quite endearing.

Dunno what I'm going to do with this design, but for the time being it will remain as a possible iteration for Nuss or a different character in the comic book, I'm unsure what exactly.
