I started playing SensUltra for those cg scenes but I love the story so far omg??? I'm already on chapter 6 after playing it for a few days.

I was also initially interested in Mael, Jagal, and Nev (and I still am!! Haven't played Nev's chapter yet though) but Lanzette grew on me! Aile is also adorable. I think the way Novem is attached to Cyan is pretty cute too, but his obsessiveness can be iffy at times. I don't know, but so far I like all the characters.

Hello peoples!♡ I wanted to make a little post on the new game Sensultra that dropped July 22nd! It's made by SCArtz which also helped with the production of NU:Carnival!

It can be found on the App store (Play and Apple) but like Bliss, it's censored! The uncensored version can be found on their official website linked to PlayHorny just as the Nu:Carnival uncensored version can be found on their official site linked to EROLABS.

I haven't seen a post like this yet, so I wanted to take the opportunity to make a guide, review, and comparison on Sensultra to Nu:Carnival! (*＾▽＾*)

Sensultra is what I'd classify as an Isekai/ mirrores/parallel/ABO and it follows the main character Cyan who is sucked into a universe where mosters roam the world causing chaos and destruction. And as Cyan tries to find a way back, he meets seven mysterious men how help him along the way.

While I am only up to chapter four, I was absolutely hooked with the story enough to come back for more. Because ima be honest, I'm the type to drop something if I'm not interested from chapter one.

Now, there are some instances where the transaction is a bit chopped, where the story feels a bit rushed, or where I felt some things felt a bit confusing, but it wasn't enough for me to drop it as the game came out like three days ago. (There's still more than enough time for hit fixes.)

The art style is really good, but it also kinda reminds me of Nukani's early days. It's not bad but just comparing the OG intimacy scenes to the newer ones, you can see where Nukani really polished their art.

Okay, so this is my opinion, but I'm also finding a lot of similarities with Sensultra and Nu:Carnival, like the UI, the story, and especially with Cyan and Eiden's roll as the MC. (I'm not pitting these two games against each other or putting Nukani above Sens because I've been playing since drop. It's just an observation) This could be because of SCArtz and the nature of the games (like how almost every main stream Gacha game rn has the same/similar UI), but basically Cyan becomes Lumira upon entering this parallel world and this power can be used to "purify" Velguards through different methods, and one of such is sex.

This is basically how Eiden is dropped into Klein, becomes Grand Sorcerer, and because of his rainbow gem stone's power, he can help his clan regulate their gem stone's via different methods but mainly sex.

Also, Cyan so far has found all of the LIs from being able to see their Corekins. This kinda reminds me of how Eiden rainbow gem stone always reacted to his Clan members when he found them.

I also like how Cyan is a vers like Eiden, which is another similarity between the two. (Tops are Lanzette, Novem, Mael, and Soren. Bottoms are Aile, Jagal, and Nev) And so far (again I'm in chapter 4), Cyan has been a green flag like Eiden with his need for consent.

And for my classification of Sensultra being like an ABO. You have the regular humans, people who haven't awakened their Ultracores, and in an ABO's case, people who haven't presented. Then you have the Lumiras (Omega), the class that has the ability to heal Velguards (Alpha), through their abilities, physical contact, and sex. Then you have the Auxiliary class (Beta), who are stronger then normal humans and have heightened senses like Velguards but but not as strong. Again, this is kinda my interpretation to understanding the roles they guys play.

Then we have the scene from the prologue, which I ain't complaining (／▽＼)♪(///∇///) Off the bat you get this scene where Cyan is in the middle of a purification process with five of the guys! Five!!!! Nukani has a scene like this, but it's a little ways through the Prologue and it's only Morvey and Aster. All i gotta say is whoooooooweeeeeee! It's hot in here! Lolol (*ノ▽ノ)

I like how it introduced a lot of the main cast off the bat too (There's seven but five are shown. Maybe they were the OG five?), but at the same time, to me, even though its not hard to figure out, it kinda gives it away? Idk if that makes sense. Like the suspense is gone or something but also, we already know from the Manifests, and character pages who they are if that makes sense.

ALSO NUKANI!! I WANT A SCENE LIKE THIS! NOT EIDEN AND HIS CLONES OR HIS FAMILIARS! LIKE WITH KUYA, QUINCY, AND REI! OR EDMOND, YAKUMO, AND OLIVINE! Get what I'm puttin' down? (*≧∀≦)

Buuuuuuut I also know what happened with Noctilucent, and that the game died shortly after that soooooo i really hope this scene isn't gonna be a repeat of that (it shouldn't be but one can never be too cautious).😓

Again, all of this is an opinion, you don't have to agree with me, but if this piqued your interest, I suggest checking it out. If this post isn't lost in the sauce, I plan to do more like this in the future.

Sensultra Thoughts (as of ch4)

The more I play the more confused I am by the omega symbol since this is just Guideverse... No Omegaverse elements (as of yet. got 3 more chapters to go)

Gameplay note that I'm bad at match 3

Web version works well, it's kinda small unless you fullscreen tho. But some of the sex scenes glitch out on web.

Web version also works on mobile browser, but mine lagged enough that I had a harder time chaining combos and doing the Realm rooms. (Could also depend on browser maybe? I'm on Firefox mobile, haven't tested other browsers)

Main story combat expect you to upgrade units frequently (there's a new lvl req for every story combat), but they give enough energy to farm it out and it's not too hard if you meet lvl reqs and pay attention to the type chart

SSRs are enough of a stat stick that you can bring them in with type disadvantage and still perform (if they meet lvl reqs)

I'm not far enough to figure out the best teambuilding strats but healers and the buffers with "turn [random element] tile to [own element] tile" has been extremely useful to me

The "buffs to X faction members" passive is also busted, but I wonder how this would affect the meta since there's also factionless characters and factions with only a few members...

Story & Characters

Ambitious main story. Guideverse, parallel worlds/timelines that Cyan(MC) gets isekai'd to, multiple conflicting factions, Cyan's mysterious powers...

Unfortunately delivered through lot of infodumps. I haven't even fully comprehended the split world/timeline concept yet bedore they start hitting me with the Velguard/Lumira stuff.

The above ^ dampens the emotional moments imo. Bit hard to care about the characters having a Moment when it's sandwiched between walls of explanation on how things work

The most interesting part for me has been the figure in Cyan's dreams which is probably the amnesiac spirit of Algiz imo. The contrast to how hostile Cyan is being to it compared to everyone else gives him a bit more depth.

There's been a free sex scene per chapter, before or after the chapter boss fight. They're pretty solid but the concept of Realms means they kinda lose out on the grit of a mid/postbattle sex scene since they're essentially having sex in their Mind Palace :\ Would like to see more scenes outside of it

I like the decision to pair the lower rarity/side characters with each other... all of it has been in character descriptions and not in the story tho, hope to see these relationships expanded in the story/events

On the topic of side characters I've really been enjoying them! I hope Mero and Cyclone get more screentime in the future
