I've not been able to get out as much as I'd like to try new stuff. I've been doing some group circuit training on weeknights and some solo stuff on the weekends. But when I saw something about #seoulburger I knew I had to try it. First off its a food truck/trailer that sits in a market lot off 19th and Prospect. The menu is simple there's their house burger (Seoul burger), deluxe burger (bulgogier) and the spicy burger (fire soul). Then sweet potato or garlic fries. I had the fire soul and garlic fries. I got a drink from the market. My overall take is "Holy Crap". The burgers are huge and savory. I enjoyed it for lunch then enjoyed the other half for my 2nd lunch. Its a surprise that so much flavor could come from a small clean lunch place but it did. Go out and get you some. #tacomafoodguy #tacomafood #koreanburger (at Burger Seoul)
