Hello there, Sephgeal nation! We're pleased to return once again with Sephgeal Appreciation Week!! This cozy little wintery event shall run from December 21st through December 27th, during which you're all invited to partake in absolute holiday joy with our boys in the #sephgealweek tag.

Prompts can be found below. Feel free to be as creative with those as you can, and take your time working on your entries, but please don’t forget to post them in the right date, though we'll gladly accept anyone who's late as well. (But just a little late! The tag will keep being checked up to Jan 6th!)

Is it time for #sephgealweek? Day 1: Nibelheim water tower date reloaded! Seph kinda gave up on fighting off Angeal's advances at this point.

( SEPHGEAL WEEK, DAY 6: SHIELD ) And here's the other half of my friend and I's FF14 gpose adventures! She diligently leveled up a whole class she doesn't even like just so my vision could be realized. Please be sure to thank her for her hard work! I liked the idea of using Paladin's wing shield as a focal point with Sephiroth's planetary powers in the background. It suits them, I think. Plus, bonus husbands staring adoringly at each other in front of their fireplace.

Sephgeal Week 2025

Day 2 - Sword

One year after Robio, Sephiroth and Angeal are sent to a mission in the northern continent… only to get stuck in a cabin together while trying to escape a snowstorm. Shenanigans ensue.

They send the two of them to the far north, into a mission that Sephiroth thinks, at first, a single SOLDIER would handle best.

He’s so, so wrong about it.

Not because the objective of the mission poses much threat; it's a search and destroy of a rather weak monster, in a supposedly easy to spot area. They're to take a sample back, but that's all there's to it, really.

And he isn't wrong about Angeal’s capacity in handling this particular mission. A year gone, but the events that took place in Robio are still in his thoughts.

No, no, it's something else.

It's the weather.

It starts innocently enough and is expected; soft snowfall covering their heads in a fine layer of white. Much less noticeable on Sephiroth's head, not unlike powdered sweets.

They don't make it back to the inn.
