To Love-Ru Darkness - 1/4 Sephie Michaela Deviluke: Bunny Ver. Figure. Release: July 2025 [Brand: FREEing]
(Prompt, original stud au, crossover au)
To Love Ru x Food Wars
Love Calculator: Jouichirou Yukihira x Sephie Michaela Deviluke
Love Calculator Result: 89% - Your love is as strong as that between an owner and their pet! Unyielding in its loyalty and comfort, albeit with less than optimal odors.
X-xx-X
The air in the Yukihira diner was thick tonight, not with the usual aroma of sizzling garlic or simmering broth, but with something far more... primal. A rhythmic thumping, punctuated by gasps and a low, guttural rumble, was emanating from upstairs. It wasn't exactly subtle.
Soma, perched precariously on a stool, was trying to ignore it. He really was. He was attempting to focus on the tablet in his hands, a relic of some alien tech Lala had "borrowed" from her homeworld. On the screen glowed the results of their latest experiment: the "Intergalactic Love Calculator."
"Alright, Lala," Soma grumbled, his brow furrowed, "Let's see this thing's verdict on Dad and... Sephie." He still wasn't entirely comfortable with the idea of his old man shacking up with a literal Deviluke queen, even if she was surprisingly down-to-earth (when not blowing things up, that is).
Lala, meanwhile, was practically vibrating with excitement next to him, her pink twin tails twitching. Her eyes, wide and curious, were glued to the screen. "Oh, oh! I wonder what it will say! Their energy signatures are very compatible, Soma! I ran a preliminary scan!"
The screen shimmered, then displayed the verdict in vibrant, pulsing alien script, thankfully translating to Earth English:
JOUICHIROU YUKIHIRA x SEPHIE MICHAELA DEVILUKE LOVE COMPATIBILITY: 89%
Your love is as strong as that between an owner and their pet! Unyielding in its loyalty and comfort, albeit with less than optimal odors.
Soma stared. Then he read it again. "Owner and pet? Less than optimal odors?" He snorted, a laugh bubbling up despite himself, quickly stifled as a particularly enthusiastic thump-thump-THUMP echoed from above, followed by a raw, drawn-out moan that was undeniably Sephie's.
"Ugh, can they not?" Soma muttered, scrubbing a hand over his face. The sound was... visceral. And frankly, a little too much information for a son to be privy to. "Seriously, it's like a sumo match up there. And what's with the 'pet' comparison? Dad's the pet? Or is Sephie?"
Lala, however, was beaming, her smile wide and utterly unburdened. Her eyes, still on the screen, then drifted upwards, her head cocked slightly as she listened to the escalating symphony from above. "Oh, but Soma, isn't it wonderful?" she chirped, completely unfazed. "The calculator speaks of 'unyielding loyalty and comfort'! And the 'owner and pet' dynamic can be very passionate! Think of the deep, instinctive bond! The way they communicate without words, just pure, raw emotion!"
Another loud, drawn-out groan, this one deeper, more masculine, rumbled through the floorboards. It was Jouichirou.
Soma's face was a mask of pure mortification. He could practically feel the vibrations. "Passionate is one word for it, Lala. 'Violent' is another. 'A crime against my eardrums' is a third. And don't even get me started on the 'less than optimal odors' part. I don't want to think about what that implies, especially with Dad involved." He shuddered. "Just... no."
Lala giggled, a bright, innocent sound that seemed entirely out of place with the cacophony upstairs. "Oh, but Soma! Odors are a part of life! They are markers of intense activity, of sweat and effort! It suggests a very... involved lovemaking! Not delicate or restrained, but full of vigor and honest exertion!" She clapped her hands together, her eyes sparkling. "It's a love that isn't afraid to be messy, to be real! Like a truly satisfying meal, sometimes the best ones leave a glorious, fragrant aftermath!"
From above, a bedspring gave a truly alarming squeal, followed by a series of rapid, heavy impacts that sounded less like lovemaking and more like someone trying to break through the floor. A woman's breathless, slightly hoarse cry punctuated the assault, followed by a deep, satisfied sigh.
Soma buried his face in his hands. "Lala, please. Just... please. I'm going to need industrial-strength earplugs and about a gallon of bleach to scrub this from my memory. And for the love of all that is holy, don't ever compare their... activities to a 'fragrant aftermath' again. I'm going to lose my appetite for a week."
Lala just smiled, her gaze still fixed on the ceiling, a dreamy, almost reverent look on her face. "Oh, but to feel such a connection! To express oneself so completely, so unrestrained! It's truly magnificent, Soma! A testament to the power of pure, unadulterated passion!"
She leaned in conspiratorially, her voice dropping to an excited whisper, even as another soft, lingering moan drifted down. "And you know, Soma, I've always found that the most memorable experiences often involve a little... roughness. It adds a certain spice, wouldn't you agree?"
Soma just groaned, sliding further down his stool, wishing for the sweet, silent embrace of oblivion. "I agree that I need a new apartment. Far, far away." He looked at the tablet again, then back at Lala's blissfully open-minded face, then upwards where the sounds were finally, mercifully, beginning to subside into soft murmurs.
"Owner and pet, huh?" he muttered, shaking his head. "And I thought my cooking experiments were messy." He sighed, resigned. "Alright, Lala. Next time, we're testing your compatibility with someone. And we're doing it in a soundproof bunker."
Lala just laughed, a bright, melodic sound, completely missing Soma's sarcasm. "Oh, what a wonderful idea, Soma! I can't wait to see what the calculator says about our 'unyielding loyalty and comfort'!" She winked playfully. "Though, I suspect our 'optimal odors' might be significantly better."
Soma just stared at her, then back at the now quiet ceiling, a new, even more disturbing thought dawning on him. Oh, hell no. He had a feeling his life was about to get a lot more... fragrant.
(Ask, crossover au)
Sephie Michaela Deviluke, have you ever say to your daughters 'if they don't hurry up and marry Soma that you will instead'?
“I may have… implied it once.” Her smile remained serene, but there was unmistakable mischief behind it. “When Momo and Nana were circling around Soma for weeks without doing anything decisive, I simply reminded them that opportunities do not wait forever.”
She folded her hands behind her back. “And I did say, quite calmly, that if they continued dragging their feet, I might have to ‘step in’ myself.”
She paused for a moment. “Pure motivation, of course. A mother’s duty.”
Her daughters stunned silence.
Soma, overhearing from the kitchen, nearly dropped his knife.
