So this is a Situation from the PAX One-Shot Adventure from the High Rollers with Nathan and Erin. Paultin got his hands on a top hat that was bigger than his head... because of Spiders... anyway, gonna draw some more stuff from the One-Shot later. Need some sleep first xD
@NECA_CS is unable to help get me a replacement here at this time :Both #seppa ( blade bases ) on the #NECA 6" @necaofficial #TMNT1990movie #Leonardo #daisho ( #katana.. whatever ) above handle collar and handle. This has been a persistent problem for months. #TMNT's Swords are to slim I suppose. Couldn't handle lots of pressure, particularly inside the scabbard's storage area. Not so much an issue with the larger scale model. Gee. Anyway -- Using plain ol' fashioned messy #SuperGlue not only glued the blades back on top of the #spacer but started adding, slowly - several layers of the glue above the break. Allowing each layer to dry. The #Duro super glue does allow me to sand down with the #Dremel. Trying to carefully reshape the blades. They probably won't be perfect, but may be close and sturdier. It does seem to be working. More sanding needed and touch up paint. May need to reshape the inside of the scabbard sheaths a little so that the pressure isn't so tight in there allowing the blades to break again. Seppa Greensnake, a yuan-ti bard. I tried various things for a snaky looking human and they weren’t working so I slapped a snake head on a noodle person and it all worked out somehow.
