overall a good day. it’s 10:40 and i’m finally sitting down to eat my salad. i don’t know the calories but i know it’s well under my limit considering it’s the only thing i’ve had today.

i’ve also gone down 1 pound since my last noted weigh in from like a month ago but i also know i weighed more than that going into this week. anyway i’m content with it

good day overall - i stayed under my limit even with lots of snacks and worked most of the day. i had a lot of water too, which is good. not enough but it’s been better than recently.

i’m going to work again tomorrow bc i need as much money as possible before my vacay this weekend. i’m so disappointed that i’m not where i want to be before this weekend but i’m trying not to be too hard on myself. i need to only look forward instead of focusing on everything i’ve done wrong in the past.
