Ketch & Toni: What Could've Been

Okay, are we seriously going to ignore the fact that Toni's son is Ketch's and that Dr. Hess (I know she ordered the hit) made Ketch kill her, orphaning their son before she told him the truth? I think that's part of the reason why Toni wanted to get to her son because she was hoping that by the time Ketch found her, she would be there and able to reveal her secret of the child being his and not some random guy's and use that as a way to talk some sense into him. I swear, Dr. Hess just loves making Ketch kill those he loves. Hell, Ketch even indirectly admitted it to Dean in Apocalypse World (13x18 Bring 'Em Back Alive).

In a different universe, things could have been so much better. Ketch and Toni having joint-custody of their son (not together anymore but raising the kid together all the same). Mick still being alive, as well as Serena (Ketch and Toni's soulmates). You'll have their Uncles (Sam, Dean, Cas, etc.) and, of course, friends of family (Renny and Alton that I'm going to put together). And the ever-so-protective Demon Ex-boyfriends (Ramiel and Asmodeus) who would have their own role in it. Wouldn't that be so much better? But when does a fangirl ever truly get what she wants? Even when we do, the writers decide to add an ugly side to it that we never asked for (E.g. Destiel).
