Serendipity’s Relationship With Other Groups

Legacy and Serendipity are crackhead groups. They are very supportive and protective of each other. They are also each other personal hypemen. These two groups are always happy to see each other. Legacy has adopted Serendipity and Serendipity as adopted Legacy. Probably their own biggest fans. Serendipity is very supportive of JiMin’s solo debut and even asked their fans to stream it like fifteen times the day it came out. Rin and JiMin are bestfriends™. When together it’s pure respectful madness and fans love the chemistry and love that the two groups have for each other.

Dreamcatcher

Dreamcatcher and Serendipity are probably the craziest and gayest batch of idols you’ll see together. Serendipity have known the group since they were “Minx.” Dreamcatcher and Serendipity take care of each other and are very gentle with each other. The group of people outside of Serendipity that Rin feels comfortable enough to show skinship with. They’ve danced on stage together before. Dreamcatcher has a sound that Serendipity loves and the girls all support each other.

Stray Kids

Serendipity literally loves and care for Stray Kids so much. Stray Kids #1 supporter and first STAY was Serendipity as a collective whole. They both support each other so much. Jisung cried when Serendipity got their first win and Serendipity cried when Stray Kids got their first win. Have a group chat together. Teasing each other til the end of days. Crackheads.

Monsta X

Monsta X and Serendipity have a very loving and nurturing relationship. Serendipity has been supporting these boys since their show No Mercy. Mari used to train with Shownu and he introduced her to the trainees during No Mercy. Serendipity knows all of Monsta X’s dances and songs. Always hyping each other. In a group chat with each other and Seventeen. They are very protective of each other and would probably fight anyone who would try to hurt the other group. Serendipity cried when MX got their first win, they were there when they got it so they hugged the boys and congratulated them. Very open about their friendship. They are family.

BTS

BTS and Serendipity are weirdos and no one really understands the dynamics of these two groups. Became friends because there was a time where their tour dates overlapped and they met. They don’t talk about each other a lot anymore because of how people acted when BTS mentioned Serendipity one time. Serendipity does sometimes make posts about how much they appreciate BTS though, not often though. Supportive and very thankful for each other.

BTOB

Literally just insane. Met through Rin while they were trainees. They are so loud when they are all together. If they send messages in English it’s always in all caps. They are very supportive of each other and take care of each other all the time. BTOB and Serendipity aren’t afraid to promote each other's groups. When they do vLives together it is pure insanity. Perverted jokes? Yes.

BLACKPINK

BLACKPINK and Serendipity were always viewed as two groups that hated each other. Mari dismissed that quickly when she talked about how much she loves Lisa on live. Serendipity wants to fight YG Entertainment because they do not think that BLACKPINK is getting what they deserved. Serendipity members are kind of protective of BLACKPINK.

Colossus and Serendipity are very supportive. They don’t see each other much but when they do, oh boy, you know it. These boys were so loud and happy when Serendipity got their first win (Yuudai even cried bless his little heart) and they had a party afterward. They are another crazy and crackhead group. They talk about each often. They have a group chat with the nine of them. They are a family. Lots of love, support, protection, and affection. Serendipity have basically adopted Jonho’s kids and they are always so soft with how good of a big brother Chanhee is to Soonjin. Colosuss and Serendipity are also scandalous and controversial sometimes, but it’s okay.

Serendipity’s Relationship With Other Groups Pt. 2

Serendipity and Tri4th are a friendship that shocked some fans at first. The male members are always trying to keep the girls of Serendipity happy. The female members are always having girl dates with Serendipity. Tri4th are SO supportive of Serendipity like they are probably Serendipity’s biggest supporters.

Mamamoo

Serendipity and Mamamoo don’t get along but they don’t hate each other either. There was a time when Mari and Hwasa got in a fight and that is what started the idea that these two groups wanted nothing to do with each other when in reality they used to be friends. These two just don’t get along anymore because they had a falling out but fans like to make things bigger than they really are.

Seventeen

Much like their relationship with Monsta X they really love and care about each other.  They are really respectful but also really loud when together. Serendipity is extremely protective of Seventeen and wants nothing but good for them. They are in a group chat with Monsta X together. They are insane and so loveable. They take care of each other and support each other so much.

KARD

Serendipity’s relationship with KARD is very professional but they are also really crazy too. They just want to take care of each other. BM fanboyed about them once on a live and it went viral which is when people realized these two groups were actually friends. After it was open about their friendship a lot of videos surfaced of the two groups hanging out and being insane together. Serendipity live for giving KARD compliments and loving them.

NCT/WayV

NCT is really shy with Serendipity. Serendipity takes care of this group even if they are from two different companies. Serendipity and NCT are just a bunch of crackheads. Never ending amounts of memes in their group chat. The Chinese unit, WayV, are actually Serendipity’s kids. These two groups friendship is just soft and gentle with lots of protection and support.

WINNER

WINNER and Serendipity are much different than Serendipity’s relationship with BLACKPINK. They can’t seem to get along but Serendipity still respects them because they don’t have a reason not to really. The two groups just seem to clash heads a lot. They don’t hate each other but they also don’t really like each other either. They just seem to really clash. The only member Serendipity keep in touch with is Taehyun.

GFRIEND

GFRIEND and Serendipity are really gay together, and also really shy together. Their friendship has a whole lot of skinship and weird text messages. They are basically just a group of like couples? Lots of shipping between Serendipity and GFRIEND members. They love each other very much and support each other a lot.GFRIEND and Serendipity fans are friends and are very protective of the groups so watch out.

Serendipity is really protective of S.I.X and they love to show support to them whenever they can. When they are alone they are a bit crazy but when they are on stage they are very respectful and professional together. They are either really loud or silent when together, there is no in between with this pairing of groups. Kinda crazy but that’s okay. Very loving to each other.

Mari’s Common Ships

Mari X Heize (MyHeize)

Though they are no longer together Heize is still Mari’s largest and most common ship

There are rumors that these two are still together but it’s not true

They are shipped because they used to date so it made sense

Now they are shipped because they are just so cute together

Mari sill misses Heize

Their ship name is meant to be said like “My Heize” which is why it was changed from “MaHeize” to “MyHeize”

Fans miss this relationship and that’s the main reason they are shipped anymore

It’s awkward for Mari to see fans talk about it now since she isn’t with Heize anymore

This ship started after Hyolyn and Mari were seen kissing, though it was an accidental kiss that is what made this ship so popular

Since Mari still has feelings for St. Van this ship has never really gone away

This is a more recent ship that blew up

Blew up because they went on a “ramen date” together

Serendipity Trivia

Serendipity has a lot of random connections within the industry.

They actually didn’t get their first win until 2016, 4 years after debut.

Their first win was with sub-unit Lullaby in 2014 but the four girls as a whole didn’t get it until their comeback in 2016.

They know about stan twitter and know some of the speech from it.

They are close to BTOB, Stray Kids, BTS, Colossus (@septicfabgi), @legacyofficial and Dreamcatcher.

They are pure crackheads.

They busked before debut and they still do from time to time.

They have more fans internationally than they do in Korea.

Though they aren’t the most popular group in the KPop industry, everyone knows at least one of the members’ names.

Lowkey slept on but that doesn’t stop them.

Got a shoutout from BTS once on vLive and it made them both more known and more hated. A lot of ARMY got jealous but the girls don’t care.

Fortuity, Monbebes, and Carats are probably all the same fandom tbh. Like they are all friends and it’s great.

Hwasa is the only person that Rin has liked, and Rin still likes her. Hwasa was the person that Rin first fell in love with and she still thinks about Hwasa a lot. She always thought they would last forever but it seems like that was wrong. Rin can’t help but continue to love and crush on Hwasa to this day even after being broken up for over a year.
