#Google - Great on Searches, bad on commerce
They have a great search engine and great on innovation, but when it comes to commerce, they are #reallybad at it. This isn’t the first time, in the past, within the last five years that I’ve been using a lot of Google Services, they will make it appear as though you’ve purchased an item, the charges “appear” to be charged, then will not go through with the transaction and give you a really far out receive date.
Then, when they are ready to ship, they won’t give you a heads up, make an attempt at charging and the bank will reject the charge cause it thinks it is a fraudulent purchase, most because it is for the same amount it made earlier.
When this happens, you attempt to make the purchase again and then the ship date gets pushed back again, cause apparently the item that was supposed to ship, gets sent to another person, thus losing out on the product.
This needs to be shared as many times as possible, cause it seems they are not changing a thing.
