A phrase from Studio Practise with Andrea. From ths video I can reflect on my movement, I could improve the fluidity a little more, I'm still 'hitting' each position rather than treating it as one fluid piece of movement. I also over prepare at the beggining of the phrase, with a little 'ball change'. I also need to remember to tie my hair up as it gets in the way quite a lot.
