Ahahah I've been tagged twice
1. If you could choose to be an fully functional AI, or a vampire, with all the causes and effects of each, which would you choose? Vampire. I don't like the idea of being a corpse, but being a bloodie instead of a foodie sounds fun.
2. Which is better, coffee or tea? And how do you prepare yours? Tea. I like Thai tea, which is prepared with black tea, condensed milk and sugar, and topped with milk or evaporated milk. I also like green teas and roasted teas like genmaicha and mugicha, which I drink plain.
3. Lord of the Rings or Harry Potter, and why? Harry Potter. I have so many issues with Lord of the Rings, hahaha. And while I read both as a child, I enjoyed Harry Potter far more.
4. If you D&D, describe you, with your stats and class. If not, well, why not? I don't D&D because I haven't found a group of people who want to do it here that I'd want to do it with.
5. What piece are you in Monopoly? Out of the classic selection mind you. Probably the shoe or thimble.
6. If you could live, rent free, just, live, no strings, in any one place, but had to stay there the rest of your life, where would it be? Mm...I'm torn between picking here, because I think Perth is already a very comfortable and pleasant place to live, and somewhere that offers more excitement like Bangkok or Tokyo. Tokyo because of great public transport, amusement parks, scenery, and the excellent food available (specifically fruit and vegetables). Bangkok because that's my second home, and even with pollution and awful traffic and higher crime the lifestyle is still enjoyable wrt markets, shopping malls that randomly have aquariums and ice skating rinks, cultural sites, etc. :S Impossible to choose. Perth is the easiest, but...
7. Is it soda, pop, or sodapop? We call it soft drink here, but out of those soda sounds the most familiar.
8. Name one weakness/flaw, and three strengths. I'm assuming my own? My biggest weakness is my laziness. As for strengths...I think at my core I'm a very emotionally stable person. Whenever I've been sad or angry it's reverted back to general contentedness extremely quickly, which makes life a lot easier. I have a strong sense of filial piety for my own parents. And I laugh a lot.
9. Penguins or polar bears, which are cuter? I think penguins, because I can watch videos of them waddling about on youtube. :V
10. Is it carmel, or caramel? Caramel. I don't think I've heard many people call it otherwise.
11. Last but not least, what are you wearing? XP Hehehehe. Some of my mum's gym pants and this pink shirt with bunnies and stars on it.
1. When life extension becomes an option, will you take advantage of it? Why or why not? It depends to what extent. As a whole, I'm not too keen on the idea of humans living past a few centuries. Resource allocation and redistribution would, I think, get worse very quickly. But it's hard to draw the line.
2. Would you ever accept cybernetics as a part of your make-up? Would you stay all natural? If I had to. I like the idea of having cybernetic legs that can zoom around places but I also like having my current non-cybernetic legs too.
3. Do you have characters? If so, which of them is your favorite? Ahaha you know I do. Currently the twins are my favourite because their dynamic comes the most naturally to me.
4. How do you interact with your characters? Do you think of them as muses, or do you think of them as one whole? Do they talk to you or inspire you? They don't talk very much. It's more like I get into their head/mindset and 'channel' them if that makes sense. I can get into some more easily than others - those are the more inspiring characters. More generally I get interested in things through them, because I end up doing a fair bit of research in what they like and do. eg After playing with Jo a lot I became more interested in designer handbags and wallets.
5. Do you enjoy porn? What kind is your favorite? Yeah! I like funny porn if it's live action - like with cheesy lines and bad music, but otherwise I prefer written or drawn. Recently I've been enjoying pegging a lot. 8)
6. Do you like movies? What are some of your favorite movies? Why? (Try not to spoiler; if I haven’t seen them, I probably will!) I like them but I don't usually go out of my way to see them unless I'm really keen. Some of my favourites are Paprika and The Last Unicorn. For the former, it's...well, everything, from animation to plot to music. The Last Unicorn has a story I enjoy (it's more enjoyable in book form though imo) and a lovely aesthetic.
7. Do you have any fears? How would you cope with them if they were right in your face, figuratively or solidly? Bad things happening to my parents. The last time it happened in front of me, my mother went into a series of deadly convulsions when I was 11 or 12 and I had no idea how to cope. I just blubbered uselessly and my dad had to take over things in order to get my mother to the hospital. And last year I think my mother went into convulsions again, though this time she was in Thailand and I was in Perth. I cried a lot and was generally useless again welp.
8. What is your favorite type of supernatural creature? Werewolves, Fae, Vampires, or something else? Does a certain legend around them appeal to you, or is it something else? I really like the creatures of the Himapan in Hinduism and Buddhism. The garuda and kinnaree and those types. I think their designs are beautiful. In the list above, though, I like werewolves. :V Because fluffy warm wolves that are also people, yeay.
9. If Benedict Cumberbatch could only play one: Smaug, Khan, or Sherlock, who would you prefer he played? Why? Smaug. I don't care much for him playing Khan and I can live without his Sherlock.
10. If you could single-handedly be responsible for erasing one intolerance in the world, and be known for it, what would you erase? That's tough. I'd like to get rid of the one with the most impact worldwide, but it's hard to tell whether that would be something like classism or racism (which I think would have to include erasing the justification behind imperialism). Maybe racism. You'd have more cultures around today.
11. Do you like musicals? What are some of your favorite songs from musicals? What are some of your favorite musicals? I think they're all right but I'm not an enormous fan. Frozen was the last one that I think could count as a musical and Let It Go was my favourite song from that.
