~ INTENTION ~ It saddens me when I hear people going through life like a hamster running the wheel; doing things because they're "supposed" to without even understanding why. I used to be one of those people letting society tell me how to live without fully acknowledging what wasn't really resonating with me. In result, I developed anxiety and depression, diminished things that made me ME, and ridiculed myself for not being different. It took a few life events and beautifully-spirited people to put me on how to live for myself and it was the most liberating transition I've ever made. Now, I go through life doing what resonates with me. I don't let too much negativity affect me and I encourage others to do the same. You'd be surprised at what you can accomplish when you finally declare to yourself, "This is what I want and how I'm going to get it!" and make it happen. #namaste #setyourintention #doyou
