read a fic the other day where it was like anankos asked all of the awakening kids to help him but i am a firm believer that inigo severa and owain, the three utter dumbasses they are, were on some mission for chrom and got cornered by anankos and agreed without consulting anyone else and saying hasty goodbyes and thinking they’ll be home in like a year or two at most
