Thomson Reuters Building NY10036 and the view from
This 32 story Manhattan skyscraper has become an iconic addition the lineup of buildings in the Time Square Theatre District. Originally designed as the New York City headquarters of news agency Thomson Reuters, and built by Tishman Construction. The architects of the project, which was completed in 2001, were Fox & Fowle. The 855,000 sq. ft. development is primarily an office building, with lower level retail space. Total height with spire reaches 659 feet tall.
Most notably the energy efficient Reuters Building sports a stunning curved glass facade, along with the classic digital advertising boards NYC's Times Square is so famous for. This is one of the most prime NYC locations for businesses and real estate investors. It is located just a block from Madame Tussauds New York was museum, Bryant Park on the Avenue of the Americas, and multiple Times Square subway station stops.
