I’ve been slaving away for 10 days straight to make a dress from a circa 1923 Butterick pattern. It’s almost done, but I’m just. so. tired...
Having carefully turned my skirt top and gathered my cartridge pleats, I find that I hate the way I did them and have to take them out. The linen is too thin to cover the distance around my waist with 1/2"pleats, so I'll line the top and make my pleats smaller. Sigh. #sewingproblems
When I'm creating a super last minute cosplay, I always think only adding 2" around the center of my bewbs on my patterns will be enough coverage coz I don't actually think my bewbs are that big...
