Any part not covered by that @xterrawetsuits and cap froze when I hit the SF Bay water this glorious Sunday morning. Back in September I was thinking of Polar Bear swim in what I thought was very cold but doable temperature. Not today!!! Took my nephew @jsnkde today, in hope he’d join us for a dip in the near future. I finally did it, swimming in the San Francisco Bay, thanks to my cousin Trygve who had invited and encouraged me to do it. Today, while he's in the advanced swim group, his son @baharicalamari accompanied me in his and my first ever Bay swim; and it was a lot of fun, safe the current and the constant watching out for other swimmers around us to avoid a crash. If only it were not a hassle to do this every single morning at 5.
