And Denise and Kripke, no surprises there

I think this is Wil Wheaton, who was already confirmed to be in the show and appeared in one of the teasers

But then we have Leonard's mom, Beverly Hofstadter

And Amy's dad, Larry Fowler, except in this case he might just be playing himself, as Penn and Teller also appear in the trailer

And this looks like Ramona Nowitzki here

But I'm not sure who the others are. Who are these people? Does anyone know?
