9 months. Took us 9 long months to get his shoulders moving. We didnt know what is wrong with his shoulders. Frozen shoulder? Rotator cuff injury?calcific tendonitis?(fun fact, if you cant move your shoulder, this doesn't mean you have frozen shoulder, as make believe in some videos)He refuse to see a specialist. He did a few traditional therapy but didn't worked out for him. We explain to him that the treatment is not going to be a one session thingy (as seen in some videos again). He put his faith on us. He didn't miss a single session. Every session was painful. Manual therapy, joint mobilization, EMS and exercises. He is a fighter. Fast forward to almost end November. He is happy with the results and back to his muay thai and Kali. He is grateful and refered his spouse and friends to us. Client J (first pic) Hips imbalance. Left leg is shorter than the right. Experiencing left shoulder and back pain. Resetting the hips improves the posture and leg length, reducing shoulder pain and knee discomfort. Client A (second pic) Hips imbalance. Right leg is shorter than the left. Experiencing muscle spasm on the right back/shoulder and left knee pain. We sort out his knee issue during the first 3 sessions. During the fourth session, we reset his hips to balance the leg length and and shoulder, reducing his muscle spasm on his right back/shoulder. Immediate feedback: muscle spasm has significantly reduce. Feel the shorten leg is "touching" ground. If you are not assessing, you are guessing. The therapy starts from the table and ends in the gym but this cannot happen without proper assessment first. We take pride in providing assessment for our clients before we start the therapy because every client that come to us are different. And we end the therapy with exercise prescription. Depending on the capabilities of the client, we will demonstrate simple yoga pose or strengthening exercises accordingly so that he or she can continue self rehabilitation from home or gym.
