hey, can anyone recommend me some #Quality shader packs for java 1.14.4 that aren’t really dark? all of the shaders i’ve used are dark as FUCK and i hate it lol

my favorite one is the water reflection
i love shaders and i love my mincraft skin and i love the flower crowns from Biomes o Plenty mod
Does anyone know how to install shaderpacks on Minecraft Forge? I tried to install a few that were listed on this video (JUST the shaderpacks NOT the mods).
I tried to do it the other day, but it made minecraft not startup (I got the initial screen from minecraft/forge, would hit play, it would look like it's loading everything up, then when it closed and was supposed to pull up the screen with 'single player multiplayer options' etc that part never came up it just stopped loading and the screen never popped up{.
