I headcanon that while the other Shadows have differing personalities from the originals, Shadow Gabriel is just the exact same as normal Gabe
They do have similar temperaments, but their approaches are different.
Gabriel is more likely to have a private discussion whereas his shadow will layout the issues between he and someone else right then and there without embellishing or making a spectacle.
