Heh, well, my thought was just that the eggs would probably be one of the few ingredients Shadow would recognize as potential food. Many of the ingredients for cake do not intuitively seem very edible by themselves, y’know? And Shadow hasn’t had much exposure to the concept of “baking,” so…
