31 Days of Shadow Work

My name is Shwee, and welcome to my “31 Days of Shadow Work” prompt calendar!! ☺️✨

I'm so excited to share this with everyone! I've been working hard on it for a while now and today I finally decided to upload this not only on Twitter ---> @iamshwee but now on Tumblr. Even though I hardly use Tumblr, I decided this would still be beneficial to those who do want some help with their Shadow Work. I created this as a simple way for others to begin their journey into Shadow Work! 🕯🤍

The idea is simple-- for the next 31 days, I want you to take the daily prompt, rewrite the question in your journal on a fresh page (re-writing questions sets intention!), and simply see where the question leads you! 💙🥰

BUT-- remember: this isn’t a test, so let your train of thought flow and see what you’re able to uncover the deeper you allow yourself to unconsciously take you! there are no right or wrong answers, just remember to keep writing until you feel like you've said all you can 📖🖋️

💚 28 Days of Shadow Work - These prompts are a bit more personal and direct, but they are designed to have you really think about the things that matter in your life right now! use these to delve as deeply as you can into each question— maybe try dedicating a full front page for each prompt! 🍃

you will need = time, patience, a new (or well-loved) journal & a favorite writing utensil! 📖

The prompts are meant to point out the things within your life that you feel most grateful for and are deserving of recognition. Take these prompts and give them all you got!! 🌱

30 Days of Shadow Work

Hello, again!! 🌸

Early I shared my "31 Days of Shadow Work" calendar! I created this as a simple way for others to begin their journey into Shadow Work. I'm excited to share that I made another! 🥰✨

So, welcome to the NEW '30 Days of Shadow Work' self-love calendar-- this month we are focusing entirely on the love, acceptance, and understanding of our ultimate 'SELF' thru shadow work!! I hope that these give you more of a positive outlook on yourself as well as the world around you!! after all-- shadow work is first and foremost about the acceptance and understanding of every layer of the ‘self’ ☺️🌸

The idea is simple-- for the next 30 days, I want you to take the daily prompt, rewrite the question in your journal on a fresh page (re-writing questions sets intention!), and simply see where the question leads you! There are ten different prompts, and all you need in order to begin is a new or well-loved journal and a writing utensil of your choice! 📖🖋️

I want to start doing shadow work but I don’t even know where to start. Does anyone have tips? Anything would be greatly appreciated.
