thalia and the hunters were back at camp only for a short time. they were in the area and running a little on empty. so, despite the fact that thalia would much rather they make it on their own entirely, she'd been reminded that when they had the chance to take it easy they should. a couple days at camp half-blood would be like a spa vacation for them. they deserved the rest, but that didn't mean thalia would. she stuck her head in the door of the hephaestus cabin, calling out to the first person who would hear "hey, you got a minute?"

"i don't want to." there were a few people's powers she'd love to try out, but she didn't want anything to do with his. her training wasn't like the other supes here, they weren't training her powers they were training her to use other people's. willing volunteers with common powers she might encounter in the wild so she would at least have some understanding of how to manage them. wylder's powers didn't fit that category and they agreed she couldn't handle it. "it's not just like spontaneous. i have to want to do it and believe me, i don't. this is a team exercise, you can touch me, i'm not going to burn you or something." sure, when someone with powers touched her she could feel that power, but she didn't siphon without wanting too anymore.

"i want everyone to know you're mine." she couldn't help but be possessive. the lives they lived, everyone got to see them to want them, and heidi liked that. but what she liked even more was the fact that no one could have them. they were untouchable except to each other. she was the one who got to dig her fingernails into his hips as she fucked him. she drew her hips back a bit before she eased her strap back into her partner. "i make you feel good, so why not show it off?" she ease up on the marks if that was what he wanted, but heidi would miss it. she reached up, winding one arm around his torso to turn his face towards her's.

"Or what? Are you going to beat up your own team mate?" Maddy's skepticism written all over her face. It didn't matter that Jamie had in fact gotten into fights with his teammates in the past. What mattered was that she doubted he would actually go through with risking everything for her. "Since when do you get possessive?" Her eyes searching his face. Unsaid words on her lips.
