ᚍᚆᚗ▻ Fallen from heaven at fault of his brother, Rush, Brennt broke his wings and his tail. His wings healed up well, but his tail did not and does not work properly. He has to wear a brace to keep it from moving in uncomfortable manners.
He spent his life afterward biding his time self-servingly, sometimes on one side, then the other, then the next on neither side, and then somehow on both…

This is my OC of 9 years or so, Brennt the Fallen. His default form is a tenrec. He’s an entity heavily rooted in and inspired by bibical angels and demons. I’ve had a lot of creative energy poured into this character over the years, as I have a zillion OCs but he’s pretty much the only one I tend to focus on. I’m really happy with how far I’ve come with this character, even though some unfortunate things have happened which affected my self esteem regarding him. But there’s a lot to be proud of. For one thing, I’ve developed his design significantly enough to where I feel confident he’s much more original than he used to be.

(I still love his first design though. Honestly this is one of my much later pictures of him. Design’s basically the same though, except I altered the buckles on his jacket by this point.)
Then there’s his character development itself–his redemption arc from villain to … I’m hesitant to say hero– that I would be really proud of, if I didn’t “reverse” it a few years ago. He’s very slowly relearning what made me so proud of him in the first place though, which makes me very happy!
