🌟 Making good on my New Year's resolution. I apologize for being largely absent during 2020. Kind of an understatement, but that year was rough for everyone, myself included. Fortunately I, and many of my loved ones have remained safe and healthy. Just in regards to YouTube and social media, I've felt incredibly stressed, anxious, and unmotivated. Maybe it's been simply due to the state of the world; doomscrolling, I think it's called these days. It's difficult to be cheerful and making silly content during times like these, despite how much I know people would like to see some new videos. Hopefully in 2021, things will steadily turn around for the better. Remember to stay smart and safe. As for me, I haven't given up, and I hope I can bring you the next animation relatively soon. I just need(ed) some time to myself away from the social media monster - though I'm sorry to anyone I've worried with my absence. Thank you for not giving up on me, and Happy New Year. 💙

How many games and how do you think Umbrella should have gone down after code Veronica? Drawn out or in one big game? Do you think Umbrella should have just been destroyed at once, or broken into a bunch of smaller groups then destroyed? The fall of Umbrella should have been an epic :(

I think it should’ve definitely been something built up towards in multiple games. As for the fall of Umbrella itself, I’m not sure if that would literally be feasible as a game (I think Outbreak File #2 handled it pretty well with that subtle courtroom cutscene). But I do think there should’ve been a game, possibly two, that address Wesker & Spencer’s end - RE5′s was bullshit. Should’ve been a legit confrontation.

🔸 Resident Evil 8: Village has been announced, and... Honestly, I don't feel anything. I'm not excited, nor am I disappointed. It looks like it has the potential to be a fun and scary horror FPS, with interesting rural and gothic settings. But as for being invested as a Resident Evil fan? I really just don't care anymore, and feel completely indifferent to this addition. If you're excited for RE8, I'm happy for you! And if you're disappointed, I can sympathize. As per usual, this channel has and always will focus on the games I grew up with and/or love. I don't mind having discussions of the newer games, just don't expect to see content about something just because it's new and/or popular. That would be disingenuous of me as an artist, anyway. Happy gaming, and stay safe out there!
