Thanks for the ask! Nah, he always dies. (That's why he's the only one who isn't gender selectable: I couldn't be bothered doing all the variable gender code for someone who's only around for four screens or so!)

A couple of weeks ago I was looking at content on YouTube about gaming in general and the good ‘ol algorithm brought this up. I’m a little bit older gamer and have never looked at content online as much and some. My home group has been together since the early 90′s so to me there just wasn’t much reason to search around, but there is a lot more dialog out there than I ever expected and this video opened my eyes a lot and started a rabbit hole I will not soon climb out of.
Last year developer Hairbrained Schemes released an expansion to their mediocre cRPG, Shadowrun Returns. The expansion, Dragonfall, was a critical success and was later sold as a stand alone title. Man. I do so miss 80s/ 90s Cyberpunk, before the Matrix came in and ruined all the fun
Shadowrun Returns
I massively enjoyed playing through Shadowrun Returns and look forward to future first and third party modules/campaigns/whateveryoucallems. I love the setting in general, and the art was great, and the game was a fun blend of RPG and tactical combat (somewhere between Baldur's Gate and XCOM, in a way).
I did run into a number of annoyances with the game (none of which were completely game-breaking, thankfully) that I hope the fine folks at Harebrained Schemes might fix in future updates. I'm jotting them down here before sending them on.
